Due to storage issues we are unable to accept large items of lounge furniture such as wall units and drinks cabinets and darker mahogany type items . We are unable to accept items that are not in good condition or broken including stained mattresses, sofas with worn/cracked leather or fabric, recliners with a broken mechanism, broken drawers or broken electricals. Please could all items be cleaned before collection. We offer a front door collection service. If you require items collected from other rooms/upstairs our van crew will do their best to assist but they will have to make an assesement based on access and safety. Items which were perhaps taken up flatpacked such as wardrobes or bookcases might be too bulky and heavy to bring down flights of stairs. Please respect their decision.
